Sherry Bahler, Massage Therapist

I have worked as a Massage Therapist in Brooks, Alberta, since 2011 and graduated from Medicine Hat College’s 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program in 2012. My work has developed into a focused, therapeutic practice for people experiencing persistent pain, sensitivity and restricted movement.

My additional training includes Shockwave AIRPWT™ Level I and II, completed in 2017 with Brent Moreau at Active Solutions for Health, as well as the five-course RAPID NeuroFascial Reset training series. In November 2022, I completed specialized education in TMJ assessment and treatment, allowing me to provide focused care for concerns involving the jaw, face, head and neck.

I have also participated in Anatomy Trains cadaver dissection courses. Seeing the relationships between muscles, fascia, nerves and other structures beneath the skin has strengthened my understanding of anatomy and continues to influence how I approach treatment.

From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a Massage Therapy Instructor at East West College of Business and Technology, helping educate future massage therapists. When appropriate, I also encourage communication and collaboration with physicians, dentists, chiropractors and other healthcare providers involved in a client’s care.

Today, Rebalanced Motion focuses on specialized, fully clothed treatment using RAPID-NFR, Shockwave Therapy, TMJ care and myofascial techniques. I do not offer traditional or relaxation massage appointments. My goal is to provide clear, professional care tailored to each client’s concern, comfort and movement goals.
